Winter Wellness Challenge



The winter can be challenging, short-days, cold weather, grey skies looming over-head have a tendency to make us feel down, unmotivated, and all around blue. Let us help you lift the winter blues this year by joining our Winter Wellness Challenge.

We invite you to join us, from January 18th to January 27th, for 10 days of wellness with the intention of ameliorating all aspects of your mental and physical well-being. 


What is included when you register for our Winter Wellness Challenge?

- Daily emails with wellness themes, tasks to complete and educational resources

- Access to our Move Well platform where you can attend live (or pre-recorded) online exercise classes

- Registration to our professional Wellness Workshop

- Accountability check-ins

- An abundance of Wellness resources 

- A community to support you

This challenge is open to people of all genders, abilities, and ages. We are excited to offer our Winter Wellness Challenge and are looking forward to helping you Move Well, Be Well.
