The Essentials Pilates mat offers 15mm of closed-cell cushioning to give you maximum comfort for your Pilates or Fitness needs.  This super lightweight mat is long and wide, and with added ridges, very grippy.  Grommets are added to allow you to hang from a rack.  This is simply a great mat for your home practice.
